BIRDBATHS

I smile each time I look at my colorful stained glass birdbath, custom made by Nora. Her creations are gorgeous and fairly priced. She patiently guided me as I chose my favorite colors and decided to include a turtle and dragonflies in the design. Nora envisioned the rest, executed beautifully and delivered ahead of schedule. She has a keen eye and impeccable taste and I enjoyed working with her. Thank you Nora! - Susie P.
Your backyard birds will love a bird bath and you will enjoy seeing them in your garden. Handcrafted from glass mosaic in a terra-cotta planter, and waterproofed for years of enjoyment. Most people prefer a 14” diameter, but other sizes are also available (from 12” - 18” diameter). You are purchasing the bird bath "saucer" only - you can use any pedestal you like (such as a large 12" diameter planter) or place the bird bath on several large stones.
The birdbaths shown are examples, with a few for sale. If you see one you like I can re-create it for you, or you can draw on these examples as inspiration to come up with a unique design. Just let me know what you have in mind and I can send you a sketch for revision and approval.
Every bird bath comes with tips about use and attracting birds to your garden, and cleaning instructions.
From Bill Thompson, III | Editor, Bird Watcher's Digest
"The standard birdbath on a pedestal may look good, but it’s not the best way to offer water to birds. Think about it: most natural sources of water that birds use are on or near the ground. It’s what they look for in nature. Place the bath basin on the ground or raised up some rocks or a cinder block, but keep it within a foot or so of the ground."
